I purchased the season package, now how do I listen?
Once you purchase the season pass, or a one time listening pass, click here and then login. Once logged in, click on the Access Content button at the bottom that has Supercross LIVE! - Live Audio Link - ending on 2009-05-30 00:00 listed next to it. NOTE: This link will not be active until 7:00PM local race time on the day of the race. You will not be able to hear anything until 7:00PM when the audio starts. |

Is there any video to go along with the audio webcast?
Supercross LIVE! purchasable packages only include audio coverage of events. Free video coverage of events are available by clicking the "Video" button in the main navigation at the top of the screen, or by Clicking Here. |

Are the broadcasts archived after each show? What do they cost?
Yes, every shows archive is available for listening one hour after the show is finished. If you have purchased the season pass, every round's archive is available at no additional cost. If you have not purchased the season pass, individual archives are available for $6.99 by clicking here and clicking on the round you would like to listen to at the bottom. |

I am on a dial up line, will it buffer too much for me to listen?
We have many customers who successfully listen to the Supercross LIVE! webcast using a dial up internet connection. |

Is the outdoor AMA Toyota Motocross season covered in my Supercross LIVE! subscription?
A Supercross LIVE! webcast subscription is for the 2010 Monster Energy Supercross season only and does not cover any AMA Toyota Motocross rounds. |

Can I pay for my subscription with a check?
Payment is accepted via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to purchase.
After completing your payment on PayPal, you need to click on the orange button that says: Return to Feld Motor Sports, Inc. If you pay by ECHECK, your subscription will NOT be available UNTIL CHECK IS CLEARED |

I am trying to listen on a MAC and it does not work?
You will have best luck with Flip 4 Mac, a Free Windows Media Player plug-in for Quicktime. When listening to an archive, you may need to wait about 1-2 minutes for the file to load. Then hit 'Play' to get started. Make sure you have the most current version of Flip 4 Mac. |

Is it possible to listen the webcast on my iPod/iPhone?
The Supercross LIVE! live webcasts and archives stream in real time from our servers, therefore there is no way to save the broadcast and play it back on your iPod. |
Fan Submitted Solutions: All computers and networks are different, so here are some individual solutions to problems that some users have had.
Firewall Problems
Users that have a firewall set up through their router/gateway need to allow connections through TCP Port 80.
Windows Media Player is not Auto Loading When some users click the "Access Content" button, they get a blank page and Windows Media Player does not load for them. If you are logged in, you can copy the URL of the blank page, open Windows Media Player, go to the file menu, then go to "Open URL..." and paste the address in the Open URL field. This is how you manually input the Supercross LIVE! stream into Windows Media Player.
Browsers For Vista Users Most Vista users have had the best luck with Mozilla's Firefox browser over Internet Explorer 7. You can download Firefox for free by clicking here.
