Monster Energy® Supercross Tickets On-Sale Nationally Today

AURORA, Ill. (July 18, 2008) – Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc., announced today that tickets for the 2009 Monster Energy® AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, are now on-sale nationally to the public.

The 2009 Monster Energy® Supercross schedule includes three new tour stops, including New Orleans’ Superdome (March 14), Jacksonville’s Municipal Stadium (April 4), and Salt Lake City’s Rice-Eccles Stadium (April 25). Monster Energy® Supercross will make its début in Jacksonville this year while Salt Lake City and New Orleans were previously part of the supercross tour.

“Now that the exclusive Cross Club pre-sale is complete, tickets are now on-sale nationally to the general public,” said Todd Jendro, senior director of operations, Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc. ”This year’s Cross Club pre-sale recorded record ticket sales for the three-day pre-sale. There are great tickets available starting today for the general public on-sale and some of them at great discounts.”
