Favorite Song : I have three different songs for different moods…if I am four-wheeling, at a bonfire, or hanging around Ortonville, “Mud on the Tires” by Brad Paisley. If I am ready to party with my friends and dance, “Gold digger” by Kanye West. If I am driving in my car belting it out by myself, “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey. Ha!
Favorite Movie: I don’t watch a lot of TV or movies…I’d rather do something! But if I had to pick…Tommy Boy would be pretty far up on the list. Basically anything that makes me want to laugh or cry uncontrollably.
Favorite Actor/Actress: Chris Tucker (hilarious!) and Cameron Diaz (because she is goofy and smokin’ hot at the same time)
Favorite Food: mmm…Pizza! But only good pizza…you know what I am talking about…
Favorite Book: If it doesn’t have me hooked by the first paragraph I stop reading…so anything with a good hook!
Hobbies: Dancing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, singing in my car, laughing, and the MOST important…hanging out with my friends…that are my favorite.
Why do you want to become Miss Supercross? I want this amazing experience! I love this sport, I think the fans are die-hard and the atmosphere is intense. I am all about anything with adrenaline, intensity, and fire! This sport has all of those to the max, that is how I live my life, and I would love to represent something like that.
Any past MX/SX Involvement? I dated a motocross rider for 4 years. I was always at the tracks cheering him and his brothers on. He and his family are die-hards like the normal motocross fan, so you can bet I know a little about this sport! I also went to Loretta Lynn’s National Motocross Race where I spent a week watching the best of the best battle it out along with the supercross race here at the Palace. I may not have ever been a racer, but one of my favorite pass times in the summer is 4-wheeling and dirt biking, so I know all about getting down and dirty in the mud, and I love it!
What else do you do? Oh boy…here we go…you can usually find me dancing. I am a professional dancer, so it’s my job! Other than that, I am a full time student at Oakland University . I also work whenever I get a spare second for my Dad’s company. I am a workaholic, but I squeeze in play time with my friends whenever I can. Work hard, play hard! And oh yeah…I usually never sleep.
What other types of things are you interested in? I am up for anything! I tried to learn how to play the guitar… (I know a couple songs!) I think karaoke should be an Olympic sport (even though I can’t sing to save my life) I don’t know, tell me about something and I’ll try it!
Why should fans choose you to be Miss SX 2008? Fans should choose me because I am a true country girl who is not afraid to get dirty and have some fun while being a workaholic, and good representation for the sport at the same time. I have a lot of experience with these types of jobs and would love to use my experience to represent supercross well!
