What is your name, age, and whom do you ride for?
Travis Preston, I’m 30 years old, and I ride for Team Kawasaki.

First time you were on a motorcycle?
I was six years old and it was at Saddleback Park.

How many years have you been racing?
18 years.

Why do you like racing so much?
Because, I still suck at it! (laughs) It’s just so hard to do and you can’t master it.

Best race you’ve ever seen?
Believe it or not, the first race I ever went to was the 1986 Anaheim.

Your greatest accomplishment so far?
Winning the 125 West Coast Championship in 2002.

Favorite racer of all-time?
Ricky Carmichael.

Tell us something about your hometown?
I’m from Santa Ana, Calfornia and it was really close to Saddleback Park. We use to go to a lot of races when I was little.

One thing you take with you when you travel?
Laptop.

What do you eat before a race?
I like to drink Cytomax and eat bananas.

What kind of music do you listen to?
I listen to everything from Country to Metal.

Favorite TV show?
The History Channel.

Favorite magazine?
Racer X.

Most annoying thing about you?
I’m obnoxious!

Married, girlfriend, or single?
I have a lovely wife, Hannah.

Robert Duvall.

Hottest chick on earth?
Of course you have to say your wife because you don’t want to get in trouble. (laughs)

Favorite meal?
Pasta.

When you’re done racing, what would you like to do?
I like driving big trucks and I would like to be a riding coach.
