Charles Summey, I’m 24 years old, and I ride for Joe Gibbs Racing.

First time you were on a motorcycle?
I was 5 years old.

How many years have you been racing?
17 years.

Why do you like racing so much?
It’s fun and I can make a living doing it.

Best race you’ve ever seen?
This year at Phoenix when there was a six way battle in the Lites class.

Your greatest accomplishment so far?
Last week in Houston, I finished seventh, and it was my best finish in the Supercross class.

Favorite racer of all-time?
Damon Bradshaw.

Tell us something about your hometown?
I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and every one knows its Nascar country.

One thing you take with you when you travel?
I have to take my Blood Sugar Meter for my Diabetes.

What do you eat before a race?
I try to eat light. I usually have a Cytomax and a banana.

What kind of music do you listen to?
I listen to a little bit of everything from Country to Punk Rock.

Favorite TV show?
American Idol.

Favorite magazine?
I read a lot of BMX magazines and my favorite one is UK BMX.

Most annoying thing about you?
I’m a neat freak!

I have beautiful girlfriend, Clara.

Ben Stiller.

Hottest chick on earth?
My girlfriend, of course!

When you’re done racing, what would you like to do?
I would like to enjoy life and race some different off-events.
