What is your name, age, and whom do you ride for?
Nathan Ramsey, 33 years old, and I ride for Team San Manual Yamaha.

First time you were on a motorcycle?
I was five years old.

How many years have you been racing?
I have been for 19 years.

Why do you like racing so much?
I’ve always loved to ride motorcycles when I was growing up and I also played a lot of the mainstream sports too. But racing was something that was in my blood and I’m a very competitive person so it fit me perfect.

Best race you’ve ever seen?
Wow, there have been a lot of good ones but the one that stands out has to be the Lites race at Phoenix this year. I had a hard time getting ready to ride my race after I saw that one.

Your greatest accomplishment so far?
I’ve won a lot of cool races but the one that means the most has to be the 125 Western Region Championship in 1999.

Favorite racer of all-time?
Jeremy McGrath.

Tell us something about your hometown?
I’m from Hixson, Tennessee and it’s just a normal town. I didn’t really appreciate it when I was growing up but as I’ve gotten older, I really like going back there because it’s maintained by nature.

One thing you take with you when you travel?
My phone.

What do you eat before a race?
I try to eat a solid breakfast to get some protein. Then, throughout the day, I eat about 4 sandwiches.

What kind of music do you listen to?
I like everything but my main thing is Rap.

Favorite TV show?
Rob and Big.

Motor trend.

Most annoying thing about you?
I always leave my hats everywhere.

I have a beautiful wife, Monica, and we have two kids, Tatum and Tyson.

Absolutely, my wife Monica.

When you’re done racing, what would you like to do?
I’m not really sure but I would really like to be apart of this industry.
