2011 Matching his performance in the West series in 2010, Wharton finished fifth in the East for 2011 with two podiums and five top-five finishes on the year.
2010 Competing in the SX West series, Wharton notched four top- five finishes to end the year in 5th-place overall... In 250 MX, he notched high finishes of 3rd and 2nd on the year, finishing in 8th overall.
2009 Had a solid rookie season in the AMA Supercross Lites East Region Series, winning the New Orleans round and never finishing outside the top 10… A consistent outdoor season saw h im finish 8th in points in the AMA 250 Motocross Championship…Raced for the Geico Powersports Honda Team. 2008 Finished fifth overall in his first pro AMA 250 Motocross, racing for the Geico Powersports Honda team.
