2010 Took 11th overall in Supercross, making every main event and logging several solid top-10 finishes. In 450 MX, missed the
middle of the season due to a broken bone in his left hand. Raced for Valli Motorsports/Rockstar Yamaha.

2009 In SX, Byrne's highest finish was a podium 3rd place...in MX, he finished a strong 4th with five 3rd place moto finishes. Rode for Rockstar Makita Suzuki Team.

2008 Byrne did not enter the AMA Supercross Series due to injury, but he returned to race in the AMA Motocross Championship where he earned four overall podium finishes… Raced with Rockstar Makita Suzuki team.

2007 Byrne raced in the AMA Supercross Series, earning top-five finishes at both the second and third Anaheim, Calif races… Raced in the AMA Motocross Championship, earning seven top-10 overall finishes… Raced with Team Rockstar Suzuki.

2006 Byrne raced in the AMA Supercross Series, earning a third-place finish at Daytona Beach, Fla., and taking four additional top-five finishes… Raced a limited AMA Motocross Championship season, best result a fifth-place overall finish at Delmont, Pa… Raced with Kawasaki Motocross Racing.

2005 Byrne raced a limited AMA 250cc Supercross season, but earned a podium finish at the Feb. 5th Anaheim, Calif., round... He contested the AMA 250cc Motocross Championship, earning overall top-fives at Binghamton, N.Y., and San Bernardino, Calif... Raced with Kawasaki Motocross.

2004 Byrne earned top-five finishes in the AMA 250cc Supercross races at Anaheim (Jan. 3) and San Diego, Calif.... He raced in the AMA 250cc Motocross Championship, earning two more overall top-five finishes... Raced with Team Chevy Trucks Kawasaki.

2003 Byrne raced a limited AMA 250cc Supercross season, but advanced through the ranks to fourth-place finishes at Anaheim, and San Diego, Calif... He raced the AMA 125cc U.S. Motocross Championship, taking overall podium finishes at Southwick, Mass., and Washougal, Wash... Raced with Amsoil Honda team.

2002 Byrne raced a limited AMA 250cc Supercross season, but started the series off with a fourth-place finish at Anaheim, Calif... He contested the AMA 125cc U.S. Motocross Championship, taking his season-best, sixth-place overall finish at Binghamton, N.Y... Raced with Amsoil Honda team.

2001 Byrne took eight, top-10 finishes in the AMA 250cc Supercross series... Entered the AMA 250cc motocross series season finale at Delmont, Pa., taking 15th-place overall...Raced with Amsoil Honda team.

2000 Byrne was runner-up for the championships of both the Australian National 250cc motocross and Supercross championships.
